No Grinning Matter

If you are a happy person and living in UK, you would probably need to change your passport picture. The new photo scanners in airports installed in a bid to fight terrorism, are thrown off by toothy grins and smiling faces. Apparently, faces with neutral expressions work best with these machines. Long fringe, head coverings, sun glasses and baby dummies are also not allowed. As if a baby could be a terrorise in disguise... Heads up for those travelling to UK at all.

Jesus at 9.5m on Google Map

If you have Google Earth (you can download it for free), type in these coordinates: 43°38'43.00"N 115°59'33.50"W. What is there, you ask? The largest "Jesus Loves You" sign on earth. Each letter is 9.5 m high. Where is it in? Idaho, Boise. Given that there are quite a number of alien sightings in Idaho, I wonder if they are trying to testify to their outer space neighbours?

Seriously, I think it's really cool. Way cooler than the "Hollywood" sign, though it may not be as famous. I find it appropriate to end this post with this blessing, "Go in peace, brother/sister, GOD LOVES YOU."
